Where can I purchase a Rainbow Cleaning System?

The Rainbow Cleaning System is sold through a network of Independent Authorized Rainbow Distributors. If you are interested in purchasing a Rainbow, please fill out our Request a Demonstration form. An Authorized Rainbow Distributor in your area will contact you with more information.

How much does the Rainbow cost?

The price of a Rainbow unit may vary depending on package configurations, local market conditions, taxes, and trade-in value that may be applied to your purchase. Your local Authorized Rainbow Distributor will be able to provide you with additional information. To schedule an in-home consultation, please fill out our Request a Demonstration form.

Where can I find a nearby Authorized Rainbow Distributor?

You may use our online Distributor Locator to search for a nearby Authorized Rainbow Distributor. If you are unable to locate a nearby distributor, please contact Rexair’s Customer Service Department.

Who can I contact for service, replacement parts or liquid supplies?

Please contact the Rainbow Distributor from whom you purchased your unit. If you are unable to locate this Distributor, please use our online Distributor Locator to search for a nearby Authorized Rainbow Distributor. If you are unable to locate a nearby distributor, please contact Rexair’s Customer Service Department.

Where can I obtain a replacement owner’s manual?

Owner manuals are available for download on this website, under the Support menu.

What is covered under the Rainbow warranty?

Rexair provides to its independent Authorized Rainbow Distributors, and only to them, a written four (4) year warranty on the Rainbow SRX Cleaning System and attached accessories and a ten (10) year warranty on the vacuum cleaner motor/electronic controller. These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear arising from usage of products, such as belts, HEPA Neutralizer, etc.

Who do I contact regarding my purchase, (i.e. financing, programs, etc.)?

Please contact your Authorized Distributor from whom you purchased your Rainbow, which is reflected on your purchase paperwork. If you are unable to locate your Rainbow distributor, you may reach out to Rexair's customer service with your serial number (insert link on how to find your serial number) so that we may attempt to locate the distributor and provide their contact information.

Use & Care

How much water do I put in the water basin?

Fill the water basin until the top of the dome in the bottom of the basin is covered.

How often do I need to change the HEPA filter?

It is recommended that you have an Authorized Rainbow Service Center inspect your HEPA Neutralizer after two years of use. After five years of use, the HEPA Neutralizer should be replaced (by an Authorized Service Center) to ensure your Rainbow performs its best.

Can the Rainbow pick up liquids?

The Rainbow Power Nozzle is not able to pick up liquids. When used without the Power Nozzle, the Rainbow is able to safely pick up liquids. Always follow the instructions in the owner’s manual.

Can I use non-Rainbow brand liquid cleaners or fragrances with the Rainbow, RainMate, AquaMate, MiniJet and RainJet?

Rexair has tested only Rainbow brand supplies for use with our products.

Is the RainJet safe to use on my floors?

The RainJet cleans the following types of floors: marble, stone, ceramic tiles and vinyl and linoleum. Do not use on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden boards, unsealed tiles, or carpeted floors because they may be water-sensitive. Contact your flooring manufacturer for complete cleaning instructions.

What may cause a loss of suction on my Rainbow?

A clogged hose (refer to the support tab, videos, “how to clear a clogged hose”), a clogged power nozzle, (refer to your manual for instruction on how to remove the bottom plate to clear debris), a clogged hepa filter (contact your local distributor).
