Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund in accordance with this policy. Products returned under the 30-day money-back guarantee are intended for inspection and evaluation purposes only.
Items showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, installation, or normal product testing may not qualify for a full refund. If a returned item shows evidence of extended use, misuse, or damage after delivery, we reserve the right to deny
the return or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
How to Start a Return
A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any item back. To request a return authorization, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: 248-643-7222

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the return authorization. The return shipping address will be provided once your return authorization has been approved.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If we shipped the wrong item, or if a product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement shipment at no cost to you.
Customer Preference Returns
If the return is due to customer preference (for example: ordering the wrong item, duplicate order, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping costs (the actual carrier cost, not necessarily the amount shown on your invoice) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If the shipping charge shown on your invoice is less than the actual shipping cost incurred by us, the actual carrier shipping cost may be deducted from the refund when applicable.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging when reasonably possible. Returned products must be:

Returned items must include all original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials when reasonably possible. If returned items are missing components or accessories that were originally included, the refund may be reduced to reflect the replacement cost of the missing items.

Variations that do not affect the intended function of the product — including minor differences in color, texture, packaging, or finish that may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, manufacturing tolerances, or product updates — do not constitute a defect or product misrepresentation. Returns based solely on such variations
may be treated as customer preference returns.
