Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty
The manufacturer warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not guarantee product performance beyond its intended use.

Warranty Remedy
If a defect arises during the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its sole discretion and upon verification of the defect, repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable product.If a replacement is provided, it may be the same product or a product of equal or greater value at the manufacturer’s discretion. No labor, service, installation, or additional compensation is included.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications or repairs, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the product has been altered, modified, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended household use or installation instructions.
Eligibility
This warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer and applies only to products purchased directly from the manufacturer through its official online storefronts or authorized marketplace listings. The warranty period begins on the date the product was purchased, as shown on the purchaser’s proof of purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. The warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty applies only to the product itself and does not cover any accessories or components not manufactured by the manufacturer.
Warranty Claim Requirements
The manufacturer may request photographs, videoconference, or other documentation of the claimed defect prior to approving a warranty claim. The manufacturer may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving repair or replacement. The purchaser may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection or warranty service. The manufacturer is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to costs related to installation, removal, reinstallation, property damage, loss of use, or labor. The remedies described in this warranty are the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedies.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To begin your claim, please call 248-643-7220 to obtain your Return Authorization (RA) Number. An RA number is required before sending any item back for inspection or replacement. Returns submitted without an RA number may be refused.
